WHEREAS, DSEWA, PRABHU MONEY TRANSFER and IME INDIA (each referred to individually as “party” and
collectively as “parties”) are engaged in servicing customers of money transfer and have established large
network of offices / agents in their respective countries.
WHEREAS Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued Guidelines for Outbound remittance of money in INR from
India to Nepal subject to such terms and conditions stipulated by them
WHEREAS PRABHU MONEY TRANSFER AND IME INDIA, appointed as Banking Correspondent (BC), by RBL for
undertaking various services as intimated by the Bank and this inter alia including Indo-Nepal Remittance
Services i.e. Outbound money transfer services from India to Nepal as per RBI Guidelines.
WHEREAS RBL, in their Agreement and Addendum thereto, appointing PRABHU MONEY TRANSFER AND IME INDIA as BC
has stipulated that in order to undertake Indo Nepal Remittance Service on behalf of the Bank, PRABHU
MONEY TRANSFER AND IME INDIA will have a technical tie up with DSEWA so that there exists an Application
Programming Interface between DSEWA and the BC for and on behalf of the Bank.
WHEREAS DSEWA has branches and network of agents pan India, has agreed to
complete the collection of money from remitter’s pan India as requested by PRABHU MONEY TRANSFER AND IME
FOREX on behalf of RBL as BC to RBL and to facilitate the same has agreed for connection through API with
the remittance system of PRABHU MONEY TRANSFER AND IME FOREX.
